29 CFR  1926.252(c): All scrap lumber, waste material, and rubbish was not removed from the immediate work area as the work progressed.   a) On or about February 16, 2023 at 16491-16483 Hillsborough Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL, 33954, employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards throughout the site, in that, there were objects such as blocks, wooden pallets, buckets and rebar on the ground.
