29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:  a) BS4 Alloyd Machine (Model 6S-CBE Serial 79-7); On or about February 16, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to crush hazards, in that the point pf operation were employees place product into a mold on a rotating platform goes into the machine for further packaging contained approximately 3 inch gap. Once the product rotates into the machine a hydraulic press is activated to place a cardboard backing onto the product.

The 50-gallon drum did not contain a label indicating the contents and physical and health hazards of the drum at the time of the inspection.
