Welding Services and Construction dba Welding and Construction Metal Building was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.451(a)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1502826, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on (05/20/2021), with respect to a workplace located at 10823 Van Dale St. San Antonio, TX 78216.
