29 CFR1910.37(b)(4):  Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exits and exit discharges, when the direction of travel to the exits or exit discharges were not immediately apparent. The line-of-sight to an exit sign must clearly be visible at all times.  Warehouse:  On or about February 17, 2023, and times prior to, the rack storage height obstructed the line of sight of designated exit signs and direction of travel to the nearest exits, exposing employees to fire hazards and smoke inhalation.
