On or about February 13, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee scraping masonry material from the edge of the upper level, over six (6) feet above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b. On or about February 13, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee cutting masonry bricks on the upper level, over six (6) feet above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
