29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  On or about February 16, 2023 and at times prior thereto, where the contractor's site Superintendent did not ensure fall protection was provided and used where workers were exposed to fall hazards and did not correct all other unsafe hazards associated with contracted work performed on construction sites.
