29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Residential home located at 1010 Branch Creek Way, Eatonton, GA 31024, Front side of home: On or about 2/21/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 9-feet, 9-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not used while engaged in roofing installation work on a 4/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) Residential home located at 1010 Branch Creek Way, Eatonton, GA 31024, Front side of home: On or about 2/21/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to the lower level, in that the ladder side rails of the extension ladder did not extend at least 3-feet past the roof landing to allow for safe access on and off the roof.
