1926.451(g)(1)  Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) This violation occurred on or about February 21, 2023, at a workplace located at 101 Castle Hills Dr., Lewisville, TX, where at least one (1) employee, who was standing on the top-rail of a scissor lift while performing the work, was exposed to the hazard of falling to the ground below.
