29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:  a) This violation occurred on or about February 21, 2023, at a workplace located at 1145 Ridgelake Way, Lewisville, TX; where employees, who were walking and working under construction activities, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats.
