OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards:  On or about February 14, 2023, at the Elk Truck Dump located at 14293 35th Street Northwest in Alexander, ND, while offloading production water from a well site, an employee was exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards where flammable vapors emitted from the production water contacted a source of ignition created by an internal combustion engine.
