On or about February 23, 2023, one employee, without wearing his hard hat, was passing material from the ground up to his boss and another employee who were on a scaffold; exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. On or about February 23, 2023, two employees were performing siding operations and using an A-frame ladder in the closed position leaned against a scaffold to gain access to the working platform, exposing the employee to fall hazards.
