29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) Workplace, Production Area: An employee was using a rag to clean excess adhesive off moving rollers on Black Clawson Coating Machine #5. The machine had no guard to prevent the employee from contact with moving parts; on or about 2/21/23.   Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
