29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a)  At 1312 Plymouth Drive, Lot 48 Heritage Landing, Foley, Alabama:  On March 1, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to operate skill saws on site with the guards wedged up exposing the blade and exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.
