29 CFR  1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer did not assure each contract worker follows safe work practices of the facility:  (a) On or about February 28, 2023, in the Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery RHU unit, where the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) did not identify apparent electrical hazards present when the Turnaround Work Scope Approval (WSA) identified damaged conduit and wires.
