29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) The Columns at Conyers Crossing, 1405 Courtesy Pkwy. Bldg. B, Conyers, GA 30013, Roof: On or about 2/28/2023, and at times prior,  the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 31-feet, 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in sheathing installation activities.    DRO Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415842, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-27-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2019 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Bldg. 1 Springs of Newnan, NEWNAN, GA 30263.   DRO Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258025, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 240 Atlanta St., Gainesville, GA.
