29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Worksite located at 117 NW Mock Ave., Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were observed using hand staplers as well as pneumatic nail guns and were not protecting their eyes from projectile hazards by the use of safety glasses.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:   Workstie located at 117 NW Mock Avenue, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were observed applying shingles on a low-sloped roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
