29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction located at 16 Huntley Trace (Lot# 241 Cambridge at Towne Center) Hoschton, GA 30548 Second Floor Area: On or about 02/28/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating circular powered saw and pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while engaged in floor sheathing activities.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New residential construction located at 16 Huntley Trace (Lot# 241 Cambridge at Towne Center) Hoschton, GA 30548 Second Floor Area: On or about 02/28/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-foot 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that adequate fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in second floor sheathing activities.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction located at 16 Huntley Trace (Lot# 241 Cambridge at Towne Center) Hoschton, GA 30548 Second Floor Area: On or about 02/28/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards while using an extension cord that was missing the ground pin, in that the employer did not ensure that the cord was free from recognized hazards prior to being used by employees engaged in framing activities.
