29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) At The Enclave at Bakers Farm Subdivision, Lot 126, 183 Amber Meadow Braselton, Georgia, on or about February 27, 2023 where workers performing framing operations were observed exposed to permanent eye injury and vision loss hazards in that the employer did not enforce the use of personal eye protection where tools and equipment such as saws and pneumatic air guns were in use.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) At The Enclave at Bakers Farm Subdivision, Lot 126, 183 Amber Meadow Braselton, Georgia, on or about February 27, 2023 where workers performing framing operations were observed exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet to the lower level in that the employer did not enforce the use of personal fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) At The Enclave at Bakers Farm Subdivision, Lot 126, 183 Amber Meadow Braselton, Georgia, on or about February 27, 2023 where workers performing framing operations were observed exposed to potential 110V electrical shock hazards in that the employer provided an extension cord for use that did not have a ground pin in place. The cord was not in use but positioned to be used that day.
