29 CFR  1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  On or about March 1, 2023, at the roof, the attachment point of an employee's fall protection lanyard to their fall protection harness was not at the center of the back near shoulder level or above the head.  Employees were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet to a lower level.
