29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   (a) On or about 03/01/2023, at the site located at 7753 Conroy-Windermere Rd. Orlando, FL 32835, Alonso US Services Corp. did not provide  fall protection training while employees installed trusses on an eight (8) feet high roof, exposing employees to fall hazards.   Alonso US Services Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561813, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (5/26/2022), with respect to a workplace located at 5246 US HWY 98 N Lakeland, FL 33809.
