29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   a. On or about March 3, 2023 at 1647 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio: Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards from wheeled carts obstructing access to electrical panels and an electrical shut-off.  b. On or about March 3, 2023 at 1647 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio: Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards from a desk obstructing access to an electrical panel.  Petco Animal Supply Stores, Inc DBA Petco Animal Supplies, Inc was previously cited for an other-than-serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1462216, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/19/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1029 Route 1, EDISON, NJ 08837.  Petco Animal Supply Stores, Inc DBA Petco was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450450, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 8910 E Talking Stick Way, SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85250.
