29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function.  On or about March 07, 2023, and at times prior thereto, in the paint shop, an employee was exposed to chemical hazards while wearing a 3M full-face reusable respirator with facial hair.

On or about March 07, 2023, and at times prior thereto, throughout the facility, an employee was required to operate a forklift prior to the completion of training that consisted of formal instruction, practical training, and evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace.
