29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws.  On or about March 8, 2023, employees were performing welding operations using a Mig welder in which the strain relief is torn on the power cable, exposing the employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  On or about March 8, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were using PVC pipe cement (glue) to fabricate swimming pool pump and heater plumbing without having an obtainable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) on site (Salado, TX); exposing the employees to skin irritation, flammable, and inhalation hazards.
