On March 8, 2023 at the jobsite located at 3252 Sixth Street West, West Fargo, ND, employees were exposed to eye injuries from flying particles when using pneumatic air nailers at high psi when framing a new construction apartment building.

29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof and the travel distance from any point of the protected area to the nearest fire extinguisher exceeded 100 feet:  On March 8, 2023 at the jobsite located at 3252 Sixth Street West, West Fargo, ND, employees were exposed fire hazards when the employer did not have any rated fire extinguishers on the floor where work was conducted by employees with generators and compressors running using flammable liquids.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  On March 8, 2023, at the job site located at 3252 Sixth Street West, West Fargo, ND, employees were exposed to slips, trips, and fall hazards when using the stairwell measuring 60 inches that was not equipped with a handrail, in order to gain access to the second and third floor of an apartment under construction.
