29 CFR  1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a.) On or about March 07, 2023 at 10305 Rocket Ct., the employer  allowed the cutting of an 8-foot by 3-inch piece of wood with a cross cut circular saw without a guard installed, exposing employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a.) On or about March 09, 2023 at 10305 Rocket Ct., the employer did not maintain a work area that was orderly and clear of debris, in that there were pallets, concrete molds and other debris throughout the facility, exposing employees to tripping and other health hazards.
