29 CFR  1910.303(b)(6): Conductors or equipment not identified for use in the operating environment were located in damp or wet locations:  (a)  On or about March 9, 2023, and times prior to that date, employees were exposed to electrical hazards created by working in close proximity to a metal oven exhaust hood that has two lights being exposed to water from a leaking roof resulting in the insulators corroding and forming rust from the exposed live electrical to the metal exhaust hood.
