29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 619 Lauderdale St, Selma, AL; On or about March 7, 2023 and at times prior to controlling employer Supreme Roofing and Renovations LLC, failed to ensure that it's subcontractor Jorge Nava, protected it's employees from fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on a roof that was 25 feet from the eave to the ground and with a 7 on 12 pitch without first being protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
