29 CFR  1910.269(r)(1)(iv):  Branches that are contacting exposed energized conductors or equipment or that are within the distances specified in Table R-5, Table R-6, Table R-7, and Table R-8 were not removed only through the use of insulating equipment:   a) On or about March 6, 2023, at 807 Stephen Ct. Friendswood, Texas, non-insulated equipment was used to remove branches within the distances specified in Table R-5, Table R-6, Table R-7, and Table R-8 from a 7.2 kilovolt overhead power line, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
