29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii):  Each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as follows:   (a) On or about 03/15/2023 - Expanded Metal Process Line, the stairs adjacent to the front of the Flattener Roller machine did not have rails installed on the left side.  (b) On or about 03/15/2023 - Expanded Metal Process Line, the stairs adjacent to the back of the Flattener Roller machine did not have rails installed on the right side.
