29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Building 9, Roof:  On or about March 13, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not provide and ensure the use of fall protection for employees working from a roof surface at heights of approximately 30 feet above the lower level during siding installation activities.
