29 CFR  1910.134(g)(3)(i): One employee or, when needed, more than one employee was not located outside the immediately dangerous to life or health atmosphere to provide emergency rescue.  On or about March 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure one employee was outside IDLH atmospheres with trailer No. AT-07 while another employee was working in and around tank battery known to have H2S present, exposing employee to respiratory hazards.
