29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a) Work site was located at 19 Lori Drive, Monmouth Beach, NJ 07750  Two subcontractor's workers were exposed to fall hazards as the were installing new soffits and siding from a baker's scaffold that was approximately eleven feet tall with no guardrails installed to protect them from falling to concrete below.  Violation was observed on or about March 15, 2023.
