On or about May 26, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1 item 1 issued on March 3, 2023 with an abatement due date of April 4, 2023. 29 CFR  1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee did not retain the requisite understanding or skill.  On or about March 16, 2023, employees engaged in framing activities above 6-feet did not have any form of fall protection indicating that there were inadequacies of their knowledge of fall protection systems. This exposed employees to fall hazards.
