29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: a)Roof top: On or about 3-10-23, an employee was working at a height over 20 feet from the ground level, without the use of fall protection. b) Inside framed House: On or about 3-10-23, employees performing framing operations, worked over 10 feet from the ground level, where there were unguarded window openings and open sided floors with missing mid-rail protection. c) Outside Window Ledge: On or about 3-16-23 , an employee was working at height over 10 feet from ground level without the use of fall protection.
