29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures.  (a)  On or about March 16, 2023, and at times prior thereto, as the creating, exposing, and correcting employer, did not establish and/or maintain adequate housekeeping practices to eliminate hazards  created by debris, including but not limited to, boxes and cords, in areas where their employees were working.

29 CFR 1926.452(y)(3): Surfaces on which stilts are used were not flat and free of pits, holes and obstructions, such as debris, as well as other tripping and falling hazards.  (a)  On or about March 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees were protected while working on 39" stilts on a working surface with excessive debris, cords, lights and exposed to tripping and/or falling hazards.
