29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F):Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension. On or about March 15, 2023, Employees were exposed to fire and/or electrical shock hazards because temporary lights were suspended by improper electrical cords . Employees were exposed while working from metal roof while temporary lighting / wiring was suspended by its flexible cord was in contacted with the metal roof.
