On or about June 22, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issued on April 27, 2023, with an abatement due date of May 16, 2023.  On or about June 22, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 2 issued on April 27, 2023, with an abatement due date of May 16, 2023.
