29 CFR 1926.302(b)(5):The manufacturer's safe operating pressure for hoses, pipes, valves, filters, and other fittings were exceeded. a) Roof: On or about 3/21/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employees to struck-by hazards, in that a Metabo pneumatic nail gun was not operated within the safe pressure of 120 psi while employees were performing framing activity such as installing plywood to frame the roof.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. Roof: On or about 3/21/2023, the employer exposed an employee to safety hazards, in that the employer allowed employees to attached life-lines to carabiners located in the front webbing of the body harness at waist level while installing framing material.
