The employee in the lift was standing on the mid-rail of the basket.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The employees in the lifts did not have a harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
