29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about March 24, 2023, at jobsite located in 1147 W Downer Pl., Aurora, IL 60506, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet while engaged in residential roofing activities installing photovoltaic solar panels.  Fall protection was not being utilized while the employees performed  installation activities on the two story residential structure.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with CFR 1903.19(d)
