29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Hampton Inn located at 450 Parkway 575, Woodstock, GA 30188, Front side of building: On or about 3/24/23, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of over 16-feet - 2-Inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to an employee working from a Genie-S40XL Aerial Lift Basket while working on a canopy.
