29 CFR 1926.652(c): Support systems, shield systems, and other protective systems were not designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (c)(1-4); as applicable a) Jobsite at or near 2100 Block of Parrish St., PA 19130 - On or about March 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure that each employee installing lining material in an excavation measuring approximately 80 feet in length, 8 feet and 9 inches in width, and 6 feet and 2 inches in depth, was protected from cave-ins by the use of an adequate protective system.
