29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) Machine Shop - Blue Poreba Lathe (SN - 7402-06-05048-09): On or about March 26, 2023, an employee used the "Blue Poreba Lathe" without a guard, exposing employee to rotating chuck which could result in amputation.  (b) Machine Shop - Summit Lathe (SN - Unknown): On or about March 28, 2023, an employee used the "Summit Lathe" without a guard, exposing employee to the rotating chuck which could result in amputation.
