Is applicable to employment by 29 CFR 1917.1(a)(2)(iv) that incorporates the General Industry requirement under Subpart S of 1910: The Alaska Marine Trucking was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 29 1910.303 (g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1404821, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 8, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Harborview Dr, Whittier Harbor, Alaska.
