29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person could have been exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  On or about 30 March 2023, Central West End Veterinary Hospital, did not provide employees with access to suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes within the work area for use in an emergency. No sort of eye wash/flushing station was installed anywhere in the facility where employees utilize Covetrus Security Cleaner-Disinfectant daily.
