29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(i):The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area:  (a) On or about March 29, 2023, at the jobsite located at 227 Northwest Avenue L, BELLE GLADE, FL 33430, employees were exposed to a chemical hazard when not provided with training on the methods and observations to detect chlorine dioxide gas released from the showers of a hydrocooler.  (b) On or about March 29, 2023, at the jobsite located at 227 Northwest Avenue L, BELLE GLADE, FL 33430, employees were exposed to a chemical hazard when not provided with training on the methods and observations to detect the release of chlorine dioxide gas while pouring water into the river bed of the hydrocooler.

On or about March 29, 2023, at the jobsite located at 227 Northwest Avenue L, BELLE GLADE, FL 33430, the employer failed to provide a legible label for a 250-gallon tote of Hydrochloric Acid (15%) tech, exposing employees to a chemical hazard.
