29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.   a) On or about March 28, 2023, in the Warehouse, employees performed maintenance on a Besser Company Curing machine (MN: LSQ-40C, SN: 301) without procedures that specifically identified the name of the machine and the procedures for shutting down, isolating, locking, and securing the energy source.
