29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i):The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a) Group Medical Services Corporation dba Warren Medical Group, on or about April 4th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Employees had potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens intermittently throughout work operations including, but not limited to, administering various injections to patients, and drawing blood from patients. Employees had not received bloodborne pathogen training from the employer prior to performing work operations with and around blood and/or OPIM (other potentially infectious materials). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The employers sharps injury log did not maintain the confidentially of the injured employee, in that, the employees name was displayed on the sharps injury log.
