29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment:     135 East Commerce Street, San Antonio Tx:  On or about March 31, 2023, and at times thereto, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while cleaning a ceiling lamp from a ladder on a second-story balcony without being trained on ladder safety and use.
