29 CFR  1904.41(a)(2):  The establishment had 20 or more but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified as an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, but did not electronically submit information from OSHA 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee.  The employer did not submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form:  a. Seminole Precast, LLC, located at 331 Benson Junction Road, DeBary FL: On or about April 6, 2023, and times prior thereto, the employer failed for calendar year 2022, to electronically submit information from the OSHA Form 300A or equivalent by 03/02/2023.  The establishment employed approximately 60 employees and was classified in the North American Industrial Classification System as 327390 during calendar year 2022.
